Had my first Quilting Basics 101 class last night - wonderful group of ladies! I'm excited to be instructing again. It's always a pleasure building up people's confidence in they own skills and creativity! I plan to take pictures next week, because their fabric choices are great!!
I have no new pictures to share, so how about a quickie giveaway? I have these left over 5" charms from doing my Pay It Forward items....I think there is about 25. I have them in an envelope ready to go!

My plans this weekend include "Meet The Teachers" at Gina's and spending lots of time with my hubby!!

ReplyDeleteThis weekend I hope to do a little gardening and a lot of sewing.I have a few swaps to keep in front off... apart from my own projects!
This weekend will start with a run to the Farmer's Market followed by our montly run to Walmart and Costco (ugh). Dinner with the SIL's family, wash and definitely spending it all with my DH.
ReplyDeleteMy weekend plans are to attend Quilt Camp Friday afternoon and Saturday all day. Then on Sunday spend the day with my DH.A very relaxing weekend!

ReplyDeleteI have my grandson's wrestling tournament all day tomorrow. He will probably go about 5 times. Sunday it's a birthday party for my granddaughter who is 7. Should be around 18 people here. A very full weekend.

ReplyDeleteSo glad you had a great first class and that your husband arrived safely. For the next 3 days I intend add blocks to the farm quilt, applique' my Be Warm block and work on my hexagon quilt. I'm ready for that to be finished. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteMy plans for this weekend is to continue quilting "the Monster" that I put on the quilt frame this morning. Oh, and take my son to the local rec center pool, where I'll "jog his memory" that he does indeed know how not to drown, so his performance at Tuesday's swimming lesson won't be so embarrassing. :)

ReplyDeleteWell, my house is clean already, so that's great! Grocery shopping, cooking, and baking are on the list, along with having my BIL take a look at my car. Besides that: sewing!! Just a quiet weekend at home.

Weekend plans....hubby has been off work since Monday with a bad prostate infection. He's feeling better so he is watching some of the movies he got for Christmas downstairs, and I'm going upstairs to my sewing room!!!!! Hope you get some sewing time, too.
