Sunday Grateful Thoughts

I decided to finally take a leap and learn a new craft.  I felt I was at a point to learn something new and different.  I walked in to a local knitting store and for almost 3 hours, the owner herself spent time teaching me!

I'm grateful this week for teachers who value time to share their knowledge with others.  Who make efforts to help students become successful.  Time is precious and knowing someone took their time to give to me is wonderful.


I'm grateful for this gorgeous tree in my front yard.

    Other than the usual things like family, I am very grateful that Hurricane Rina lost strength and didn't hit us with more than a day of normal rain.

    I love to knit. Crochet is still my favorite but a knit garment just hangs and fits so nicely.

    Sounds great! I want to learn rug hooking. I see so many beautiful creations sprouting everywhere

    How fun! Knitting is something I really want to learn someday (that and crochet!). The tree is beautiful.

    I'm grateful that I managed to get my boys' Halloween costumes finished! Yay!
