TGIF!

Recap of my teases earlier this week.

For Tamera, her block from "Let's Be Together":
And towels are arriving to new homes.  I wasn't prepared as I had hope with this swap.  I've already started making my July towels as I'll be doing them by hand.  My poor embroidery machine is in the shop after these.  I made 12, mailed 10 to the swappers in the group and 2 are going to some surprise recipients :)  All the towels are different - kinda like snowflakes.  Different fabrics, threads and towels - but all have the same design.
Tomorrow is set up for several things!  First, are you participating in "Christmas Quilt Along":
Blog Button

And tomorrow, I'm also going to visit for the first time the Modern Knoxville Guild:

Going to have a fun filled packed weekend!

  3. Love the little cupcake!
I came across your blog and recently joined. I thought you might be interested in doing the same at decolourant.blogspot.com
If you haven't heard, deColourant is causing quite a stir among quilters. It removes and replaces the color of natural dyed fabrics with ease, plus has a slight citrus smell. More info can be found at www.harbor-sales.com and ordering at www.i-kandi.com. Your quilt possibilities would be endless and full of color! Have a great weekend! :)

  6. I love seeing the blocks others are making in the Bee. It's fun how we have the same general pattern/fabrics and yet they all look very different.
