Christmas Sampler

Another project I have started on my own is this Christmas Sampler.  It's designed into 18 sections and I have decided to finish it up as a block of the month project.  I finished section 8 yesterday and will continue monthly on this project.

I added it to the section before and started my second row!  I'm loving how this project is turning out.  There is paper piecing, hand applique, machine applique, using my square in a square ruler, thangles and even a flying geese ruler.....lots of great techniques.  I would LOVE to instruct this project at a shop.  It's a great project for learning many different things.

Now to work on my beast of a BOM- - - Out of the Darkness.

  1. How sweet! This quilt looks vintage. So why don't you see if you can teach this quilt at the local quilt shop.
